Alrighty...here is what things are looking like so far this year.
For lot sales and activity, there are around 90 lots currently for sale. This includes lakefront as well as non-lakefront. The majority of them are under $10,000. It looks like there have been 36 vacant lot sales in Oak Run this year so far, with 31 of them under $10,000, with the majority of the sales actually being under $5,000. The four highest non lakefront sales were $40,000, $30,000, $22,000 and $12,000.
Specifically talking about lake front lots, there are 18 lots for sale. There was one sale of a lakefront lot this year and that went for $256,666. The least expensive lakefront lot for sale is currently listed at $115,000.
For lakefront home sales, there are 26 currently for sale, with the least expensive at $225,000 and the most expensive at $829,000. There have been 7 sales on the water so far this year, with the least expensive at $312,000 and the most expensive at $537,000. There is only one lakefront home currently pending, which is a property I have for sale right now at 121 Sunyview. This is scheduled to close tomorrow actually, which will bring the number of sold lakefront homes to 8 for the year.
