Here is a breakdown of the vacant lot market in Oak Run right now as well as any sold lots going back to 1/1/2010.
In the Peoria Multiple Listing Service there are 22 lots listed for sale and there have been 5 that have sold in this timeframe. The Galesburg area Multiple Listing Service currently has 75 lots listed for sale in Oak Run with 43 sold vacant lots and 6 currently pending. I am a member of both MLS's, so some of these are double listed, but right around a total of 90 lots in all are currently for sale. There was only 1 sale of a water front lot last year, with the majority of lots being bought for just lake rights.
